I have been frequenting this location for many years, mostly with satisfaction. Friendly workers and my menu of choice always turns out great. This time around, someone was picking up a bowl for me, and the same dish I always got was missing key ingredients. It was the Firecracker, with specific instructions to "include everything". Because the ingredients are written on the larger menu and the paper behind the counter I assumed that there was no way to miss ingredients, but that was not the case. Saturday, November 30, 2024 around 12:30 pm was when my basic menu was inadequately completed. Very disappointed and confused as to how the noncustomizable menu with written ingredients could have been misconstrued.

Delicious and creative poke bowls. The toppings are unusual and nice choices. Each bowl is around $10, and will leave you full but not too full. They also serve ice-cream macroons. Service is fast and friendly. Usually not crowded.

I visited after a long time, and the pretty female staff was kind and the service was good.I wrapped it up and enjoyed it at home.I was a little disappointed that there was no octopus that I liked, but I ate it well.I think the spicy sauce among the sauces suits my taste.

Poke bar is located at the foodcourt of Westgate center . ingredients are really fresh and tasty. Although it could have been better with more sauce or dressing.
this is one of my favorite healthy food.

Really nice little poke place. Worker was extremely nice and helpful in explaining whatever questions I had. $15 for 3 scoops is a really good steal compared to other places I've frequented which cost more and/or had limited topping selections for their price. Will come again if I'm ever craving poke !

Low key the best spot in the Saratoga West Gate food court. The 2/$8 musubi deal tastes great and is such a great value, especially because they let you mix and match musubi types anddd get brown rice instead of white rice. I got the spicy tuna musubi and a shrimp tempura musubi (2 pieces of shrimp, fried fresh to order!) and they were heavenly. Will 1000% come back.

The poke here is okay and the service is nice. I always ask for extra of several toppings like imitation crab and the fried garlic+onion. In general I wish their pieces of fish were larger because I felt like I couldn't really taste the fish as much since the pieces were kinda small. I feel there was too much rice compared to the fish. But either way it tastes fine, I always get salmon with the spicy sauce.

Great place, located inside Westgate Center food court. So don’t look for ambiance. But they’re spectacular for a guck healthy meal.
I’ve been here twice and will be back regularly. I brought a friend on my second visit who’d never had poke and he enjoyed it as much as me.
The owner said he picks the freshest fish & produce himself everyday. I’d say this shows in the quality of the food. They also have tofu for those who are vegetarians.
If you like poke or just a fresh salad this is the place.
