If you love waiting and spending 100 times more than any other vendor we have the place for you! The prices are through the roof, the service is horrible, you have to load your own stuff, and they never have any product! I never leave reviews but this place is horrible

Absolutely horrible customer service. I have never ordered from them and there wasn’t an issue. They are constantly sending me products I never ordered and then they give me a hard time when I want to return them. I talked to a lady named Betty about the situation and I have never been disrespected more in my life. Ridiculous

Super nice people. I didn't get anyone on the phone till after 8 but was told they are here at 6. Check receiving door and see. Some parking. No overnight parking

Got a freezer from them not even 6 months old and it went out lost over 700 dollars in inventory and took 3 weeks to get back to me about replacement but called me every week for an order and only offered 10 percent credit on our loss worst company ever I wouldn’t recommend doing business with them then after the came to pick up the cooler stilled called to place an order

Supplier for our ice cream shop: Great selection; friendly, caring, knowledgeable staff. Prices are competitive. Unique items available. However, I have come to expect that not everything I order will arrive on the delivery truck; I’d like the order- taker to know and tell me at the time of order if something is out of stock. I can plan my purchases accordingly if I know what’s up but last minute shortage surprises hurt my business.

Wow! Talk about leaving someone out to dry! We ordered assorted 30 cases of Good Humor products for Thursday pick up, we get a call Thursday morning that they didn't get their shipment in. Instead of making it a point to help out and find a way to get us product they tell us we are basically "SOL" (shat out of luck). I was just really shocked of the lack of customer service. After scrambling we got product but with no help from them. I will never use this place again. I am dumbfounded by their lack of customer service.
