Good food. Lots of vegetarian options. They customize well. Waiters are super helpful. Ver aunthentic food. Ambience is excellent for good time here. I didn’t like the mocktails much, found them very bitter. But food was good. Especially their ravioli. Oh my god. It was amazing. Delicious. I am usually not someone who likes ravioli but their ravioli was amazing.

Very cool space and friendly service. We had drinks only but the food looked great we will be back. Bartender was awesome!

A very nice Italian restaurant, with a comforting ambiance that makes it a great place for a date or a nice night out. The food was very good, but except for the final creme brulee didn't quite reach outstanding. I was deliberating between 4/5 stars since Poggio is quite a bit nicer than some places I've given 5 stars. But it is a matter of expectation where I was looking for outstanding, and little things like a dirty wine glass jumped out from an otherwise excellent place.

I ordered pasta for myself, it was cooked amazingly. The service was very good, everything was top notch. The view was wonderful, the staff was friendly! I was there twice and was satisfied! I recommend it! 🙂👌🏻

Came for lunch as a day trip to Sausalito with some friends on a sunny Saturday. It was busy as somewhere else but less crazy (waited 20 mins ish). So reservation is recommended if you are planning to get lunch in Sausalito.

The restaurant has a prime location and they have many open air outdoor seating. The vibe is the best part when we were dining here.

We ordered chicken liver , grilled octopus, pesca salad (amazing peach salad) to share. For entries , we had Ragu pasta, shrimp pasta, squid ink pasta, and grilled half chicken. I really enjoyed grilled chicken which paired well with a refreshing tomato arugulas s ide salad. Not thing too impressive neither anything to complain about.

The staff is little hurrying while taking orders, which we understand but could be better.

Overall I would say it is a safe choice if you are looking for a decent sit down lunch place.

We had dinner at Poggio with some friends this past week. They recommended this place. It’s a fancy style, but honestly food is just not it. Out server was nice, it’s a nice restaurant in a super nice area in Sausalito. We started with a salad - nothing extraordinary about it. We also got the fried risotto balls - not greasy, well breaded, not very flavorful and could have had more salt. It was still probably the best thing we ate there. For our main course I ordered the Agnolotti pasta and it was just ok, nothing special… I bet that Costco pasta would have tasted the same. My husband got a pepperoni pizza and believe it or not, it was probably one of the worst pizza we have had. I mean, how hard can it be to make pizza at an Italian restaurant? Too cheesy, dough was so soggy, overly salty pepperonis. Mountain Mikes pizza never disappoints. For dessert we had a pistachio cream something and it was not sweet at all. The restaurant is a bit overrated and overpriced. Would not recommend this place for the price and the taste of the food. I’m sure the quality of the ingredients is good, but when combined together is just not good.

Burstock

Excellent restaurant for the light dinner we wanted after work. Started with a very creamy corn souffle, served with tasty mushrooms and shaved Parmesan. The souffle is a little bland on its own but a complete mouthful with the mushrooms. We followed that with 2 salads, both with fruit. The duck leg confit was cooked to perfection, falling off the bone, with crispy skin; delightful. We finished with one of the best lemon mousse we have had in a long time. Service was excellent, attentive without being too obtrusive.
