In asking for a quote on a smaller job it seemed to be to big of an ask, treated dismissively, curtly, and generally disrespectfully by John P the sales guy. I guess their values are selective.

Follow up- John was decent enough to call back, explained I need to call forty companies to find one small enough to handle our request that will likely give us an outrageous quote, and that we should start again from scratch. What a piece of advice.
