I have been eating pizza king since I was five (1990). I have never had any pizza that compares. Now I'm able to order with my kids and my partner (from Queens)... This is the only Pizza anything like pizza from NY. The price is super reasonable. Actually, far cheaper than ordering from anywhere else, and everything else is mediocre at best. Cash only. Phone order. FAST AF. Pizza King is 100% the same as it has been since my early childhood and I will keep my fingers crossed for no changes.

My "go to" for pizza in Portage/Kalamazoo. I love a hole in the wall, especially a family owned one that has perfected their craft. The crust is ALWAYS on point, and the vegetable toppings are always fresh, as I rarely get meat. I love going in and seeing the family working together, but especially seeing the young ones learning as well!! Support local, you will love it!

This was our first time ordering from here and it will definitely not be our last. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza that had what I would consider to be thin crust. It was amazing. It came out quickly, hot, and had the perfect amount of toppings and sauce. I can see and taste why this place is rated so highly! This is a cash only establishment so be sure to be prepared for that. I was unaware of that until I ordered, but thankfully they gave me the heads up. We will be ordering again for sure!

I recently called to order a BBQ chicken pizza, as I’ve ordered from Pizza King before, but was surprised when the older woman on the phone claimed they never had it on the menu, in a very snarky and condescending tone. I clarified that I had just recently ordered one from Pizza King just a month ago, but she doubled down and continued to speak to me with an attitude, insisting that in all her 54 years of working there, they’ve never served BBQ chicken pizza. Regardless of whether or not the pizza is on the menu, I was completely shocked by how rude and dismissive she was toward a potential customer. I don’t care how good the pizza may be, I don’t support terrible customer service. It’s disappointing to be treated that way, and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Love Pizza king I've been getting this pizza for years its always hot , cooked perfectly, and tastes amazing I love the sausage mushroom and onion pizza, that's what I would recommend.. just FYI : no dine in seating , AND they only take cash !!

Hands down, the BEST thin crust pizza in Southwest Michigan. Accept no imitations. Order here, and you will never go anywhere else for thin crust pizza. It's CASH ONLY, so come with cash. Great people, excellent service. Currently close weekend...huge BUMMER!

Pizza king is one of those rare local places who know what they are doing. The Pizza is really good here. They are very generous with thier toppings. The Pizza sauce is one the of the best we have ever had. The Customer service is really good and the entire staff is dedicated in providing the best possible service. Only thing to keep in mind is that they only take "cash". So, make sure you carry cash before you head to this place to avoid unwanted hassles. They are really respectful towards people who want vegetarian pizza or who prefer Halal/kosher meat. They make sure to use fresh gloves and cutter so that there is no cross contamination. Highly recommend this place to whoever enjoys something called a "Pizza"
