My best friend took me to this place for my bday. This is my favorite pizza in the area. Very different from detroit or ny style so please don't judge it like that. We had the artichoke dip, the Pozzuoli, and the Tartufo e Prosciutto and they all are good. All quality ingredients and many are homemade or imported. The things they could improve was the center was a little undercooked (common for this type of pizza, it is hard to balance, often needs to be par baked or elevated in the middle which can be a challenge in a fast environment). The other is things were a bit salty for my friend. I am Italian and loved it, we balance that with a squeeze of fresh lemon or a splash of vinegar and I forgot to ask for them until the end. It's been a while for me, I am keto so I rarely eat like this but it's worth it for an occasionally treat, just a warning. Ask for some lemon if you don't like salt. It is the ONLY pizza I like reheated the next day.

Absolutely loved Pizza e Vino, it is very authentic and delicious. We had a 45 minute wait time but it was so worth it. What is really cool is that once one puts their name on the waiting list, one can check the time in their website. The staff was very kind and professional. We ordered the bruschetta pomodoro and it was so good, the only thing is that it has ALOT of garlic, if you love garlic, it’s perfect! My daughter doesn’t like garlic as much so she started picking at it, but it was hard to do. The pizzas were all delicious, we ordered pizza with tomato base and pizza Bianca (no tomato base). We all tried each other’s pizzas and they were all equally delicious. We were only in Plymouth for the night, but if we ever go back, we will definitely have dinner at Pizza e Vino.

On the more expensive side, but worth every penny. The best pizza in Michigan. Amazing quality. Nice atmosphere. Free parking nearby. I highly recommend trying the Del Popolo.

Since the remodeling the pizza tastes different, less good and it slowly been getting even worse. The napolitan pizza is all about the dough The crust extremely thin and unsatisfying and uncooked under the sauce side and ashes on the bottom side and edges. Ashes are carcinogens so this is not edible…. even though Americans eat it …. cause they would eat most inedible stuff…. plus mozzarella absolutely tasteless. For someone who’s been to Napoli this is a failed pizzeria.

I had dinner here years ago, so when we moved back to Michigan, I was excited to share this place with my partner! The food was just as good as I remembered! Everything is super fresh and delicious. The pizza is made in their special wood-burning oven and has a thin crust that’s perfect for folding. The crust really lets the ingredients shine and doesn’t make you feel like you’ve eaten a brick of bread. You can add more unusual ingredients like pancetta, goat cheese, and pine nuts to your salads and pizzas. Our appetizer was Spiedini, which is fresh mozzarella wrapped in prosciutto. So good! We had the Mista salad and added goat cheese, and the Pozzuoli pizza without mushrooms or onions, with goat cheese and pancetta. It was a fantastic dinner! My partner wants to make going here a weekly event! 10/10 recommend.

Tried out Pizza e Vino in downtown Plymouth for the first time. Warm and comfortable atmosphere. Huge pizza oven in the middle of the restaurant , alongside a smaller but intimate cocktail bar. Menu was limited, but serves authentic Italian Pizza. Had a pizza that contained sausage, thin cut salami, bell peppers, and fresh mozzarella serviced with a spicy olive oil. Overall a great experience and a real delight of a restaurant. Will definitely be going back when I crave pizza next which will probably be sooner rather than later. Visit this excellent pizzeria and tell them I sent you.

Incredible quality and ingredients. Service is ok but you could tell they were understaffed. I would 10/10 eat here again. Too many amazing pizza options to choose from! We ordered baked goat cheese and artichoke dip (AMAZING)
