Best staff around. Great local spot atmosphere. Jaime, has kept the community spirit intact. There have been some nice changes to the menu for M R S. Yet my favorite Country Breakfast still over satisfies, every week.

I'm only going 4 stars on the atmosphere as there are from time to time a squeaky bench, and in winter there is no wind barrier to suppress air when the door is opened.

Looked up how many times we have been to Pine Street the last two years… I guess we qualify as “regulars”. We come here for the high quality, reasonably priced food. But also, for the great service. Every member of the serving staff is kind, friendly and extremely hard working. I “people watch”, pick our table to be able to be able to view into the kitchen while also watching the wait staff and customers. The owner, and us as customers, are so fortunate to have every one of them. But you need not be a regular, or of a certain age. I see everyone treated with care here. And we routinely bring our young grandchildren… they enjoy Pine Street immensely! And last but not least — the menu! Nice variety, changes every few months and with weekly specials.

The new menu 10/25 is out of this world the words made me salivate... As I sit waiting for my plate the food coming out of the kitchen looks amazing and scumptious!! And all I hear around me is how good it is from the surrounding tables... So excited... Update, holy smokes my Brisket sausage totchos were amazing even though I made mine DF ... I need to go again to try more of this amazing menu.

Nice breakfasts in general. My carnival breakfast was not warm enough. My eggs were over hard, not over easy as ordered . My dining companions enjoyed their brioche french toast and brisket sausage entrees

My wife and I stopped by for a late breakfast. Ordered biscuits and gravy which also came with American potatoes and 2 eggs.
My wife ordered the Belgian waffle.
Waffle was slightly burnt, eggs were slightly artificial tasting and the biscuits and gravy weren't overly flavorful.
Service was good, average all around.
50/50, had worse had, better. MVP

My family and I went on a Sunday afternoon. It was busy, we sat at the bar. Our server was very tentative and made us feel at home with our visit. The food came out fast and you could tell all the food has high quality. Will be back soon.

Really solid breakfast place with lots of free parking. It got busy fast during the breakfast rush, but staff handled this pretty well. We really enjoyed our French toast and sides. The vibe inside is your hometown diner/restaurant - pretty casual but with good food. I would probably return if back in the area.

Their website states they open at 6 am, which they were open, but once we arrived and walked in, we were told they don't start serving food until 7 am, something to do with keeping their liquor license. They should at least make this known online so customers aren't wasting their time making plans and driving there planning to eat at 6 due to time restraints.
