I have a small pet store and I like the brand Zignature. When I placed my order, they sent me several hundred dollars worth of products I didn't order. I told them immediately about the mistake and they debited my account anyway. It's been over a week and I've finally been able to return the products I never ordered but after several attempts, they still have not credited my account back. I will not work with this company again. Get your Zignature elsewhere.

I have had my dogs on the Whitefish formula of Zingature for the last 2 years and this last time I tried the Salmon formula which unfortunately my Littleman had a reaction to it it. 2 vet trips later he is on the mend. Nelson, of Pets Global, was very nice and explained to me that the Salmon formula is heavier than the Whitefish and is harder to digest which makes sense. He is sending me a bag of the Whitefish - FREE OF CHARGE. I appreciate you and you have a customer for life! Thank you very much!!!! Last years Christmas Pic of my fur babies!

My brother's dog eats the Zignature line and my cats eat the Fussie Cat line. Both are incredible foods! The dog and my cats are completely in love wth their food (the cats also enjoy eating the dog's food also, I don't know why!). I especially love the fact that there are limited carbs and have low glycemic binding capabilities. This is especially important in cats, who have a tendency to develop diabetes as they age. The high quality animal protein is very important to stress, because other products use less than optimal soy and other proteins to boost their crude protein percentage. I would definitely recommend this food, there are also a wide variety of flavors so your pet won't get bored of it. Did I mention that it also comes from an FDA approved factory that also produces human grade food products? Their operations must be on point, so you can trust your pet's food.
