Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. Brittany did not communicate with me promptly after I made my monetary donation which is an expected contribution for the floral donation service. When I did get Brittany on the phone a few weeks before my wedding, she said she would be coming personally to pick up my wedding flowers and confirmed the details of the pickup. The night of the wedding, the wedding ended about a half hour later than expected - supposedly, Brittany had gotten a volunteer to come pick up my flowers and the volunteer left before the flowers could be picked up. I called her that night and when she called me back she said she would call her volunteer and have them come back to the venue. I waited a while longer and no one ever showed. Since I expected Brittany to be coming herself based on our conversations, I was particularly frustrated. The flowers were supposed to go to my now-husband’s grandmother’s nursing home as a surprise for her. Very disappointed that we did not get the service that we made a donation for.

Please don't use this company. We had tens of thousands of dollars of flowers that were supposed to be picked up and delivered to hospitals and nursing homes. Petals for Hope no-showed. They wanted the fee up front, it seems, yet I was never sent an invoice for the fee or notified that they were removing us from the schedule; I would have happily paid the fee if I had realized it was due before the wedding. No reminders, no invoices, no communication about that. In fact, our wedding planner confirmed only days before the wedding that Petals for Hope was coming for the flowers. Then they just didn't show up. It's awful that all those flowers went into the trash. I did not find out Petals for Hope no-showed until weeks after the wedding and I am devastated.

Clearly a scam, I signed up to get my flowers picked up from them after my wedding, thinking I would be able to help others with my flowers. The company had asked I donate money to them in exchange, which I asked to do the week of (thank god I did!!) The week of, I emailed the owner, Brittany Sard, twice with no response. The night of, no one contacted me and no one showed up. Thank god I never ended up giving them a dime. Very upsetting to have added stress on my wedding day. You have to be an extremely low person to run a scam like this.
