Ease of purchase, walk through and familiarization, facility, preparation and cleanliness of the coach were impeccable. They allowed us to stay overnight at their facility. They were very accommodating, professional and answered all our questions the next day.

The best part of the experience was meeting the people Darin (the owner) has put together.

We had a great experience with these guys. They purchased our small bumper pull with no issues. We purchased a 43’ toy hauler. They even worked their butts off so we could use it that weekend for a family get together. I had issues with one of the slides and 2 of the technicians came over to my dad’s house and fixed. These guys have exceed my expectations. I was supposed to take it back over to them so they could go through the unit and make sure everything is up to there standards. I am sending everyone I know to them they are excellent. If you need help ask for Cameron Hix he did a great job for us!! Also they offered to go pick up the unit because I was not able to take it back the next week.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience when attempting to sell my RV here. This is not a review on buying an RV here which it seems like they are much more happy to do. I just recommend you do not attempt to sell your RV here. Initially, they offered me a promising quote for my RV, making them seem like the perfect choice. However, the whole process took an unexpected turn. After bringing my RV in and having some minor warranty work that they requested be done, they estimated would take a maximum of 2 weeks, I found myself waiting for any communication for weeks on end.

Attempts to reach out were met with silence, and calls were always met with claims of being busy. Even after physically visiting the place multiple times, all I received were vague promises to "check on things." It took nearly 2 months before I finally managed to get through to someone, only to be told that they had changed their minds about purchasing my RV and hadn't even completed the warranty work.

Upon picking up my RV, I was shocked to discover that the only work done was some minor trim repair, something that could have been completed in a single day. And the patio door had been so poorly closed that a substantial gap was left at the top, posing a potential water leak issue. What made matters worse was the complete lack of accountability from the staff. Not a single apology for the lengthy delay, the lack of communication, or the shoddy workmanship.

All in all, my experience here was nothing short of dreadful. The initial promising quote and the subsequent disappointment, unprofessional communication, and subpar workmanship have left me thoroughly frustrated and disheartened. It's unfortunate that a company that seemed so promising turned out to provide such a lackluster and disrespectful experience.

I am sure buying an RV from here is a much more enjoyable experience, but if you are looking to sell your RV you should keep in mind that they will waste your time and they do not care about your RV at all.

Everything about our experience with Performance Motorcoaches was outstanding!
Starting with Darin Benton taking the time to spend many hours with my wife Sherrie and me to explain everything about the coach, order process, and available upgrades from the factory and dealership. He also took me out for a test drive, where he impressed me with his driving skill and even gave me a few valuable tips. He made the ordering process very smooth and uncomplicated.
When we came to pick up the coach, the staff at Performance went above and beyond in accommodating us. They were extremely impressive!
Everyone, from Brett, Josh, Jenna and Joe, went out of their way to make sure the entire process went smoothly.
Brett gave a thorough walk through. He answered all of our questions and was available throughout our stay at the dealership for anything we might need or any further questions that came up while we were there.
Josh really went out of his way to help us with our Jeep and help us set up our Starlink system as well as anything we needed with our coach.
Jenna made the paperwork smooth and easy and Joe helped us with all the extras we needed from the parts department. Their hospitality was amazing. We loved Willow.

This is my 5th Motorhome purchase and hands down the best experience to date. 5th time is a charm, my wife and I purchased a 45’ Renegade super C and couldn’t be more happy. I just took it in for a few warranties and when I say few I mean 4. My last 45’ was a class A that had a 80+ item punch list of warranty items that didn’t completely get resolved in the 2 year period that I owned and it spent over a year total in the shop. Performance had my new coach for 2 weeks mainly waiting on shipping from a manufacturer. As a bonus I had them install Starlink so we always have internet no matter what. The owner Darin Benton and his whole team are are second to none. You will not be disappointed.

Jenna was a pure delight to work with and even spoiled us with some treats. Aaron was patient and answered any questions we had. Brett was a genuine saint. He provided outstanding customer service.
