I scheduled and James forgot the appointment. Poor communication as well as after I purchased the machine at the price he told me days later he left me a text message saying he forgot to add the taxes and can I send him 400 more dollars after I spent 4000 absolutely not you gave me 1 price stick to that. I will not be recommending that company.

I bought used machine from this company James, I believe is one of the owners. He’s vague rude, and does not stick to any timelines he acts like he’s doing you a favor the machine I purchased from him he said he would refurbish it and get it running. I’ve never owned a vending machine, and I told him this. He assured me buying the machine would be better and it would work great well needless to say the guy doesn’t follow any schedule and I can’t get them to come out and get my machine up and running. I have drinks sitting on the floor the Machine is not in great shape he charged me over $1500 and then charged me $100 to deliver it down the road which by the way I had to give him cash for a deposit and he forgot that I gave it to him. I am not happy This guy is not professional at all.

James is great! Very personable, honest and knowledgeable about vending machine operations. I called another vending machine serving company in the area that told me I needed to replace one of my machines. Glad I found James! Not only was he able to fix the machine, which saved me thousands of dollars, but he also taught me how to do some troubleshooting too.

I appreciate James. We have their vending machines at our large commercial office building for about 6 years now and are especially grateful for their timely product stocking and willingness to add in healthy, and also treat items.
The energy star machines are excellent as well and (the lighting is amazing), you can actually see what your purchasing!
Had a hiccup with one of or Bunn coffee machines, called late at night,
left message, they were there by 9:00am to replace machine! Awesome customer service and "WILL NOT" go anywhere else ever again!!!!
In a nutshell, these guys are the best out there, not only friendly and respectful, but on time and have fresh fully stocked trucks. Strongly recommend checking out Perfection Vending Inc., EXCELLENT company to do business with!

Very poor communication. Waiting until the day before delivery of our vending machine to call and cancel, he said he would not make enough money off of us. All after coming to measure and discuss options last week. I cleaned and removed doors just so the machine would fit.
