Forgot how amazing this place is! Ordered online and picked up in store. It was hot and ready when they said it would be. Very friendly service while I checked out and the food was delicious! Cheesesteak and small fries for the win, I'm stuffed.

I came in and they said sorry no fries today. They had potatoes so i asked what happened. She said it takes 1-2 hours to blanch fries so we cant do that. I moved up to pay then I hear, Do we have anymore fries left and then a oops I forgot. When i got the register I asked another person, why no fries and she said they have a shortage. Whats up with the 3 different answers? Honestly…it was sad to see i had to go somewhere else just to get fries for my meal.

Just there today, had to wait 5-7 minutes to order..seen by 3 people but ignored...order 3 sandwiches and a large fry..got home and have half of a large fry and 2 sandwiches were + onion when we specifically stated no onion...waited 25 minutes for the to go order. Got home to send comany6 and email in the contact us....filled it out 3 times only to have it say it wasn't working, so I cant contact them to complain, so turned here instead....1 star was the lowest I could go.

Pros: everyone was friendly and helpful. The place seemed clean. The bread was very fresh

Cons: What the heck did I just eat? The teriyaki sandwich was all a mushy, salty, unflavored mess.

Fries: overpriced and meh. Nothing to write home about.

I have never loved a restaurant more in my life. I have only eaten at the Portage location but the staff is friendly and professional and the food is to die for. I hate to admit but I have dreamed of the cheesesteak and the fries. 10 of 10 recommend.

Don't go to this overpriced dillhole expecting your money's worth. I go to any other penn station and get bread filled with the main fillings and overfilled cup of fries plus a half scoop in the bag, thats part of the penn station experience, right ?!! This place the two subs had about 1/3 of the sub was bread without meat and the frie cup wasn't even full and none in the bag and just warm not even piping hot like the other places ... piss poor place to get food !! If it was the first time for this it may be fogivable but this is the second time in a row like this. Do NOT get your food here !!!!

I loved Penn Station when it opened. I could go there every day. Unfortunately, I won't be back. The place is absolutely filthy. The bathrooms are a disgrace, the tables are dirty, the baskets are sticky and the self-serve soda fountain area is a disgrace. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months. I don't understand why the local health inspector hasn't intervened.
