Un organized place for truckers. Expect to wait here for more than 7hrs. In my case checked in 11:00am now it is 18:00 and still didn’t get loaded. They don’t have drivers waiting amenities, they don’t care abut drivers time and health.

Very unprofessional workplace. There is a huge racial division problem here. A lot of the workers here are very rude and have zero consideration for others; And management are to blame. Management openly show favoritism. They have unreasonable expectations from workers, no matter if you just walked in the door. They do not properly train newcomers. A lot of bullying happens here and is tolerated. I have been to HR several times to report my line lead, Sup’s and others that were bullies and nothing ever happened. No dependable , sensible authority whatsoever. There is no set time of getting off work ever. The job I was doing (poultry processing), inflicts a lot of pain on your hands, wrist, joints and back right away! They do not properly rotate their workers, every hour, like they tell you in orientation, (and this is a primarily standing job). You will have to wait for a restroom break, and may get overlooked or just not get one ,for a while. And this place is always short staffed, mainly due to the poor treatment shown by other workers and management, from day one. It’s like they bet on how long new people will stay, after they are purposely and practically running them off; knowing we desperately needed the help! So if you are a worker who decides to try and stick it out, they will expect you to put in double the work, without reasonable accommodation and no breaks; While they’re (leads and SV) just walking around joking with friends or watching your line struggle, turning a blind eye. There were a few courteous members of management; But the majority that weren’t had each others backs, no matter how valid and numerous the complaints against them were; And while they oppressed and tried to make a fool out of their employees. Most of the good co workers that I’d talk to understood that these things were happening and desperately wanted their to be change just as bad as I did. So hopefully this place can improve majorly one day.

Appointment at 7am , check in at 6:45 am,
Out the gate at 8:30 am
Look at the pic and you will see how to enter here at this location, and exit different gate, once you back up to a door then the exit gate will be in front of you,
Once you enter stop at the security guard and they will ask trailer number and pick up number, but make sure your trailer to pass security before you stop and then step down and go to her window, after that drive all the way around and check in at the office, once you got loaded then exit the gate and stop at the security to check your seal then you are good to go ,very easy, good luck guys

The workers are ok but people in shipping are awful and lazy. The first shift always put more work on the evening shift by not completing there work.

Best cold storage shipper there is. Easy to deal with, friendly, quick. This is how food shipments should be done. I p/u here all the time, only time I get delayed at all is because of USDA.

1800 appointment time. Got here and signed in at 1530. My company was calling me to get a status update so at 2030 went in to get the update. Stood at the window for 30 minutes even after making eye contact with the shipping clerks. Finally one opened the window to tell me to come back in 30 mins. Called my company back and reported. Then the CSR got involved. Didn't get on a dock until 2200. Finished loading 2300. Got paperwork at midnight. I've encountered long wait times before. But this was different. There weren't trucks coming and going. 3 dock doors and 2 were empty most of my wait. I know that people typically leave reviews only when they had a bad experience so I'm not going to make judgement about work ethics. Just the facts. Hope you have a better experience than mine. Best of luck drivers. Stay safe.
