I had an absolutely horrendous experience with PDQ Rentals. Their customer service is abysmal, with a no-can-do attitude that leaves you feeling frustrated and disrespected. Despite presenting current and valid federal identification, they outright refused to accept it, demanding unreasonable forms of ID. It felt like they judged me based on my appearance, rather than the legitimacy of my documents. The staff were incredibly rude and dismissive, showing no willingness to help or provide a satisfactory explanation. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid PDQ Rentals at all costs. They are unprofessional and discriminatory, and their behavior is unacceptable.

I went in to pick up my order. I did have to wait a little longer but the customer service is top notch. I was offer a cold drink or a cup of coffee. Did i mention Victor was kind enough to offer me a bar stool to sit while i waited for my order. Don’t look any further and come here for all your tool rental needs.
