They have officially perfected their Rosemary Focaccia bread! Delicious, soft, and airy. I pick up a fresh loaf at least once a week and right before we’re ready to eat, I put a few pieces into the air fryer for a couple minutes to give it the best fresh out of the oven warm crunch then dip into some olive oil and pepper…CHEF’S KISS! Try a loaf, you won’t regret it!

This place is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, the aroma of freshly baked bread and pastries fills the air, making it impossible not to smile. The deli selection is top-notch, offering everything from perfectly crafted sandwiches to high-quality meats and cheeses.

I tried their signature sandwich, and it was hands down one of the best I’ve ever had—fresh ingredients, perfectly balanced flavors, and that bread… WOW. And don’t even get me started on the bakery! The cannoli's were utter perfection and the pastries taste like they were made with love.

The staff is warm, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Whether you're grabbing a quick bite or stocking up on fresh-baked goods, this place never disappoints. Highly recommend—it's a must-visit!

The food was great, I tried a cannoli and it tasted amazing! It had been sitting out for just a little bit but the taste (and price) made up for it completely. The people working there were so nice and welcoming and the atmosphere was fantastic. It had music and smelt great. Before coming here I saw the bad reviews, but I really can’t believe them now although I suppose it’s been like 5 months since most of the negative reviews. I really think it’s a great place, and I’m so glad I tried it.

Paulie's feels like the classic Italian delis in big cities like New York and Chicago. The meats, breads, and cheeses are all high quality. The cannoli may be the best i ever had--and not to flex, i've consumed some high-end desserts. Tara is gracious, efficient, and a joy to shoot the breeze with. This place is a gem!

I hope the owner sees these reviews. I’m honestly shocked at how bad the food was here. The only good thing about this place was how nice the guy behind the counter was. I did however have to wait 15 minutes when I arrived to pick up..15 minutes past the expected pick up time. We ordered a beef (wet, with cheese and hot peppers), a prosciutto pizza and a tiramisu. $41!!! I understand prices are going up and it’s totally fine to charge those prices. Just SERVE GOOD FOOD!
The beef was completely soggy. We ordered it wet, not drenched. No peppers to be seen. Cheese tasted like absolutely nothing. Only good part was the bread, although it was soggy. Parts of the beef were overcooked, left in the beef juice too long. Worst italian beef sandwich we’ve ever seen and had. The prosciutto pizza was about 8 in” for $15. The sauce was classic tomato paste, about the quality of a lunchable. Cheese, again, tasted like absolutely nothing. There was about an oz of prosciutto on the entire thing. And worst of all, and I don’t know how you guys did this, but it was burnt AND undercooked at the same time. Dough was completely raw but the entire bottom of the pizza was burnt! It looked absolutely horrid too! I had to cut the thing myself! Didn’t even come cut. The tiramisu was very disappointing. Didn’t taste the espresso and was just not worth the $7 I paid.
Save your money, Woodstock. Go somewhere else. I am severely disappointed and won’t be returning. Wish I could give no stars.

I was craving a cannoli so I decided to stop in and fulfill my craving. The place is cute and clean. I was looking at their menu board at the sandwiches they offered but once I saw the price I was not willing to try one it averaged to 16-17 dollars which seemed expensive. The cannoli they offered were a big one for 5$ and small for 3.50$ I opted for 2 big. I ate one right away and wasn't blown away but it was decent. also I'll admit I've never had an authentic cannoli so I don't have anything to compare it to. All in all it seemed average.

The bread on the caprese sandwich made this absolutely delicious! So light, airy and that perfect "crunch" on every bite. Truly highlighted the yummy mozzarella and tomato's inside. Large enough sandwiches to share!
