Their online business is either a SCAM or grossly INCOMPETENT! I bought 25 pounds of frozen fruit for canning pie filling, and hoped to become a regular customer. They sent me the wrong (much smaller!) order. Mistakes happen, but I've been trying for over a month to get the right order sent out. It took FIVE tries (email, phone calls that go straight to voice mail, and finally online chat) to even get a response from them. 😳

Since then, I've been promised many, MANY times that they'll fix it, they'll send the fruit, they'll reimburse me, etc.

Enough is enough. I stopped the payment through my credit card, and now I'm spreading the word that they're either completely incompetent or they're a scam. Either way, DO NOT BUY from them! I only wish I could do more to protect others!
