We had a wonderful time picking out a tree for our family here. There is free apple cider and the team helped us strap the tree to the car. Our dog loved it too.

🎄 Had a great time at Patchen Christmas Tree Farm today. Beautiful trees, friendly staff & nice gift shop with free hot apple cider (and nice free tree stand too).
We deliberately came later, after Santa had left, because my son is autistic and has difficulties if there is too much sensory overload.
We had a peaceful time & our Christmas tree looks beautiful, all decorated with twinkling lights, in our livingroom.

Owner was knowledgeable and helpful. Matt helped us tie down our trees for the drive back up to the city.

Some hot apple cider or wine to sip, if you like.
Lots of nice trees and kids had a ton of fun running around. Will be back next year!

And yes, everyone wore masks.

Noble fur is $105 (up to 7 ft) with an extra $$ for above 7ft trees

The past few years we've gone to crest. Since the scz fires razed our go-to we were left scrambling for a new tree lot. Patchen was moderately hilly and they had a good assortment of interesting trees. What would keep me coming back was the straightforward pricing and above standard hospitality. They go as far as securing that tree to your vehicle while you indulge in hot apple cider. After all you did all the hard work lugging that fresh cut up hill.

We just got back and we love this place. This is the second year we've picked up a fresh traditional wreath from Patchen. Last year our wreath lasted till the end of January. The folks working there are always friendly and helpful with any questions you might have. We'll look forward to coming back again next year and making this a tradition.

Over promised, under delivered
Went here with a large group because of multiple things they advertise: santa, wine tasting, bon fire, cider. I even checked to confirm times of these activities before going. Yet when we got there the only offering was cider. Wine tasting seemed to be never on site, only a voucher for a tasting room else where, no santa, no fire. Tree selection was nice but I’d imagine other farms nearby have just the same.

Tree farms tend to not be terribly professional affairs. Most of them around here don't have websites or published hours. I go here because they have clear hours, directions, professional staff, and you can pay with a credit card.

Discounts on wreaths if you go late in the season.
