I only have good memories going to this store with my daughter, who will soon leave for college, since she was a little kid... it's part of her childhood. I have no regrets about all the money I dropped on the ridiculously necessary party trinkets we bought here over the years 🙂 I hope all go here can just imagine how sad it would be if this staple too closed down, and cut those who work there some slack and take any issues with the store first. I really hope they stay here for the physical shopping experience for "fun stuff only" for generations to come!

Worst customer service ever.
It was the second time I was visiting this store. The first time was last year and I had a very good experience. But today was completely different. I picked up some items and headed to check out. First young man at the cashier was playing with his phone and after I asked him for help, without even looking at me he told me go to the other side and wait. I did what he said to me. The other side was another young man who was playing with a balloon and I stand in front of him and asked for help. But surprisingly he totally ignored me . I was shocked. So I waited a little bit longer until a couple of customers came to the cashier and again surprisingly he greeted the young ladies and started to take care of my purchases finally to remove me out of the way . I wasn’t expecting a great customer service from them but I wasn’t expecting to be disrespected. At the end I used to really like this store but with this kind of customer service I really don’t want to go there again.

I love party city and their products. However, the cashiers have no good costumer service skills at all, I had business with them multiple times and its the same issue every single time, they do not even smile and they have a rude attitude. I hope they fix this issue.

I just stopped in there to pick up plates for a party and there was a very uncomfortable looking homeless man yelling in the back by the store and when I went to the checkout counter I said to the young lady if there was maybe a male associate working in the store that could handle the situation. I didn't think it was something that a young female employee should have to confront this very aggressive homeless man. I was confronted by an eye roll and a look of confusion and almost disgusted look by this young female employee.... I asked her if I said something to offend her all I was trying to do was look out for her safety and again another I roll and disgust.... I turned around and walked out of the store.... how disrespectful and rude you are young lady when somebody was just looking out for your safety.

I love to come here to get extra special birthday balloons....very friendly staff....I had a balloon die on me by the time I got home....turns out the balloon was probably defective....and I learned they have a 2 day balloon replacement policy....they remade my Mickey balloon....and it looked so happy to come home with me....my man was super happy they replaced his bday balloon....thank you...

This party city was a lifesaver for my daughter's celebrating her 10 month anniversary with her boyfriend got me balloons about 35 of them 20 minutes before they closed what a lifesaver thank you so much

Every time we come, the store is always clean; super impressive considering how many kids come in and mess with everything.

It's never been a long wait to check out, the store is always well stocked and every one working has been pleasant to interact with.

The managers here are doing a great job and should definitely be proud of what they have going on.

I had a terrible experience at PartyCity. Kelsey, the registrar during my transaction, was not very helpful and seemed to lack basic customer service skills. On top of that, the process for getting balloons is ridiculous. You’re expected to pay for everything upfront and then wait for all the other customers in line to be done and then you can have your balloons blown up. It’s frustrating and a complete waste of time. I won’t be coming back.
