I had an amazing dinner at Parlour 1886! The ricotta gnudi was absolutely delicious—the sauce was perfection. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the drinks were fantastic, and the service was excellent. The chefs are incredibly talented! 10/10 would recommend. Also—the parmesan fries were the best I’ve ever had!

Restaurant was clean and nicely decorated. We ate here for dinner and brunch so this covers both. Dinner service was quick and friendly. It was our 1 year anniversary so they gave us some champagne on the house. Squash toast appetizer was delicious! The ribeye was cooked as ordered, juicy and had great flavor but it was a little chewy. The strip steak was a little drier and not as flavorful but was very tender. The accompanying potatoes and broccoli were very good as well. Cheesecake was very nice and my wife enjoyed the creme brûlée.
Breakfast service was friendly but a little slower and not as proactive. The eggs Benedict was a little bland. The waffle was a little more dense than we would want in a waffle. The parlour breakfast was almost perfect, the toast just needed to be a little more toasty. Meals were expensive but worth the money. Would eat here again and recommend to others. My pictures aren’t as nice as they would usually be, we were super excited to eat the food and may have taken some bites first.

We were lucky enough to secure a ticket to the New Year's Eve event at Parlour 1886 and Chef Luis & Alicia really pulled out all the stops. First, the food is top-notch. They know every detail of where their ingredients are sourced and everything was prepared masterfully. Furthermore, the night was highly entertaining and enjoyable. It was a very upscale crowd filled with good vibes. Beyond that, the place is just gorgeous. Make sure to stop by sometime, you won't be disappointed.

We ate at the Parlour this past Friday. We first ordered the brussel sprouts and they are amazing! I wanted to lick every bit of the sauce that came on them. My husband had the gnudi and I had the ravioli for our main dishes. Both dishes were out of this world. Fresh pasta, delicious filling and amazing sauces on both. I’m no sure which I liked better. We finished things off with the tiramisu, which is so good. Delicious cocktails too! This is the chai White Russian pictured. We are so blessed to have this top notch restaurant in our small town!

I had the chicken and waffles and they were delicious. The scratch made waffle with the slightly salty fried chicken and sweetness of the syrup paired very well. I would definitely eat it again, which says a lot. Can’t wait to come back and try more of their delicious dishes.

We came to Parlour 1886 from Wichita for my husband’s birthday, and we are so glad we did! Everything about this place is exceptional. The setting is beautiful, the cocktails and the food were all fantastic, and the service was excellent. We even had the opportunity to speak with the owners, the bartender and chef, and we had the best time!! We would all highly encourage the trip from Wichita to come experience Parlour 1886!

The wife and I had breakfast there she had the waffles. I had what they called the parlor breakfast which was two eggs, two sausage links, two slices of bacon and oven roasted potatoes. I also had fresh orange juice was great. The service was extremely fast. The food was on the table less than five minutes after we made our order.
