An expensive but very nice restaurant located in a hotel.

We have wanted to come here since the restaurant changed to Park 600 a few years back. We came for a date night. Overall it was good.

The experience started out rough as the staff at the bar and host stand didn't put a best foot forward. We stood at the host stand for about 5 minutes while about half a dozen staff walked nearby and didn't even acknowledge us. We walked to the bar to ask if we were supposed to seat ourselves or wait, the bartender VERY condescendingly told us to wait at the host stand.

When the host did arrive she was polite but made no effort to apologize about the wait and wasn't very good at asking us the typical host questions such as, "How many guests?" "Where to sit?" "Have you been here before". She seemed either very new or very bad as a host.

Luckily our waitress was phenomenal. She was kind and helpful with everything. She helped us with the menu, had great opinions about the food and drinks, and was very attentive.

The apps we ordered took a really long time to come out for how busy it wasn't so we ended up only getting drinks and apps as we didn't want to wait another hour for entrees.

What we did have was really good. We had the baked Brie, French onion soup, and the beef stew. The baked Brie with the fruit was amazing, probably the best baked Brie I've ever had. The beef stew was also perfect. The French onion was decent but a bit under seasoned. It needed salt and a stronger onion or beef flavor, but was still decent. For the price and wait I would expect better.

2 drinks, an app, and 2 cups of soup ended up being $62. Which is A LOT.

We want to come back when we have more time to enjoy more drinks and don't mind a longer evening because the food looks really good.

So this one gets a trepidatious recommendation. Make sure you have at least 2-3 hours and are willing to spend a fair bit.

We came in for brunch for my daughter's 21st birthday. There were 10 in our party plus a child and toddler. Our reservation was made a week in advance and we had brunch on a Sunday at 11a which was a good time. It was getting really busy as we were leaving. The room was beautiful and bright. The vibe in the hotel was peaceful and inviting. Although I MUST applaud our server Hannah who was fantastic! Even with a LOT of chaos with the kids (including spills and mess, etc) she was really great. She was attentive, very courteous and very sweet. Zane, a chef from the kitchen, knew our party and made our daughters day by stopping by our table to say happy birthday and inquire about our experience with the food and drinks, which was phenomenal. I must say from the gentleman named Cruz who took our reservation to the server, chef, bartender and everyone on staff they were all very friendly and on point! We had a great day and I highly recommend the Royal Park and Park 600. We will be returning in the future. 10 out of 10.

Underwhelming experience for brunch. Really poor service. No refills on coffee or water. We had to ask other staff to send our waitress over at least three times. She was nowhere to be seen all day and it wasn't even busy. The Royal Park Omelette was excellent -- good flavor and perfectly cooked. The Stir-fry Noodles had overcooked mushy vegetables and a sweet pepper sauce that wasn't tasty at all. We've been here many times and this was the worst experience we've ever had here sadly. Hoping RPH hasn't gone down in standards permanently.

The food was a bit of a hit or miss. I got a caser salad to start, and it was horrible. Seriously don't get it. I'm not sure how they can call it a caser salad. However the entree came and I was blown away! The short ribs were amazing. The waitress was so nice and took great care of us. While the hotel is beautiful, the restaurant atmosphere wasn't anything to write home about. I would go back if someone suggested the place, but not sure it would be my first choice.

Was decent service, very friendly. What led to 4 instead 5 stars was the following: the main entrance was blocked by the fire department (coned off) and we had to drive through the back side and neighborhood to park. Also, the host initially gave the four of us a very small table (think fast casual). Lastly, the food was pricey and generally warm, but not hot... the smokey Old-Fashioned was tasty.

This is my 5th time dining in, but it's definitely not the last. The Holoday Bar and the hotel decoration are simply magnificent

Great ambience, wonderful waitress, delicious food. Would definitely go again. Went for brunch from start to finish excellent service! Mimosas delightful, my asparagus omelet was so good and fresh. Everyone at table loved their food and they gave us big portions that we didn't expect so that was a plus. Truffle fries were addicting. The burrito feeds at least 2 people. Will definitely go again!

The quality of the food and drinks does not at all match the price.
The vegetarian stir fry was like a PF Changs… thick sweet sauce with flavorless vegetables. The gin smash with blueberries came with sour blueberries and seemed to be unmixed… quite strong.
The water is tap water.

This is a place to come read a book. Not dine.
