Did not have a good experience with Pape and they are one of our vendors we purchase items from. I've had a PO sitting for couple of months and can't seem to get a hold of the right person. Left countless of voicemails and no one ever got back to me including the parts manager. I did speak to the lady that automatically picks up and Manny they were nice and helpful. Overall, this is just bad business and unreliable.
