I think his name was steven, the guy working had green hair. He was so nice and made my order the way i like it. He made my day and I really loved the friendliness and the welcome atmosphere he brought.

I use the delivery which I believe uses door dash. The only thing I don’t like is the $5 delivery fee. They don’t do the delivery themselves so it seems superfluous. They should eliminate the fee and let us just tip the driver instead of tipping on top of the fee as well. Everything else is great otherwise.

I use to by papa Murphy’s pizza all the time but the price has gotten ridiculous. $65 for two pizzas. I could’ve bought them already made ready to go. That’s what used to be great about Papa Murphy’s pizza. You can’t blame the facilities or the people that worked there franchise has gotten out of control, I doubt I buy any more from them for a long time

Staff is always friendly and the store is always clean. The food is always delicious. However this is not the first (or second) time my order was wrong...
Today I ordered half cheese with red sauce and half gourmet veggie with creamy garlic sauce. I picked up my pizza and the sauce was half and half, but the whole pizza had the veggie toppings. They offered to remake it and I said no, I don't want the pizza to be thrown away, I can just move the veggies to one side. The staff assured me the pizza would not be wasted so I agreed to wait again for a remade pizza.
After 10 minutes my remade pizza was ready. It was more like 70/30. And the price for the whole pie is the more expensive half. I did not want to wait a third time so I took it home.

It was the first time I’ve ever had Papa Murphy’s pizza and they did not disappoint, on point with everything and I will definitely be back for more, I had the Bacon, Chicken, Artichoke pizza and it was fantastic

I’ve been going to this Papa Murphy’s for years. They use to be really great but lately they have been messing up my pizza that I get. I get the Gourmet Vegetarian Pizza and I always tell the people on the phone that I don’t want artichoke hearts on my pizza. 90% of the time when I pick up my pizza they mostly have to remake it because there are artichoke hearts on the pizza. So I have to wait around for whoever to remake the pizza, it’s annoying. It’s not hard to not put a certain topping on the pizza especially when I ask on the phone not to put it on there.
