We try to get here a couple of times a year. We make the 3 hour trek and stock up on unique wine and specialty meat and deli items. Always busy, so be ready for shoulder to shoulder shopping, but everyone is pleasant, and staff is ready to help!

Very nice supermarket. Beautiful produce and and well stocked. Fresh produce. Great staff Only negative note, it's a bit on the pricey side. Otherwise a good experience. Good parking lot and ample spaces as well.

I love the store with the variety of foods. However, the young men at the prepared food counter need to get off their phones and help customers. I have been there several times and have been ignored because they are on their phone. When they finally look up, they seem reluctant and as if I am bothering them for needing service. Other than this issue, the store is fantastic.

I just wanted to say how helpful everyone is at the Rochester location. They didn't have any of their homemade raspberry champagne dressing on their shelves, and they were able to find some for me. I had driven over 40 minutes to get this product and was super excited that someone at the service counter was able to help me. Especially being that they were super busy. Thanks for being amazing. Wow, how far they have they fallen. Pastries used to be great and now are terrible. The worst part is the people behind the counter don't even know what is what. Just went to look at the weekly specials and the ad is from TWO weeks ago. Once the new Meijer opens across the street it will kill this store.

Excellent produce and always seems much better than the grocery store. I purchased bananas, grapes, raspberries and strawberries and they look and taste delicious! Papa Joe's is my go-to fruit Market for anything on my fruit list!!

Not everything is overpriced.
They actually have some good deals. Sometimes it smells like cigars because of the cigar lounge next door.
Expect Long lines during busy hrs.
It’s a Nice store with hard to find items.
They have good pre-made foods and salads.

This place is meat heaven. I’ve tried so many butcher places around Troy, Rochester and Auburn hills but this place is really good. The butchers are very friendly and chop the meat for you. Vegetables are little pricey but they are very fresh. Wine collection is good. Seafood is fresh and delicious. You get free bread(made in their Gourmet) on every Tuesday and Friday if you join in their rewards program(free).

Verdict: pay more to get fresh
