The place was generally clean. Tables were not bused after customers left their trays & trash. Someone did start cleaning and just randomly left the broom and dustpan in the dining room at a table. He came back 10+ minutes later to resume cleaning the crumbs from under the tables. I had an ant crawl on me while sitting in one of their comfy chairs. I saw a fly buzzing around in the bakery case. I got a plain toasted bagel with cream cheese. Horrible bagel. The cream cheese was good. I got an iced coffee with my sip club membership. That was good. It was freshly brewed. The cashier was polite.

Had the french dipper. The price was 13.79 for a whole sandwich. This whole sandwich was the size of a half at subway. There was very little meat. It was served with french onion soup with hardly any juice. Therefore, I could like dip the sandwich until the end. I do not recommend this sandwich . My husband got a half tuna sandwich. Not very good. It was very small and was too expensive for the size and the taste.

I'm disappointed in Panera :/ In college, it was my favorite and I accepter the higher price. Unfortunately, my recent experience wasn't as great. The Smokehouse BBQ sanwhich definitely left something to be desired. The chicken was cold in the middle and the you pick 2 size isn't worth the price.

A kids meal and one adult meal with drinks cost $38 for lunch. I think that kinda high for what you get. The drink selections are good and lots of people like to hang out. But the portion size are kinda small. I guess I just not a big fan.

2 spoons of rice for a $15 bowl, rice undercooked and can barely find quinoa in the bowl. Disaster is an understatement. Have some ethics on charging $15 for this stuff and the response from the lady at the store was "now you know what not to order next time", great

The Food is great and the Service was exceptional. The young lady who took my order tonight was very kind, patient, and friendly as it was my first time ordering in the drive through. I Will definitely be coming back soon!!

The best part about there sandwich is the bread. We got the new French dip. Paid just over 27.00$ for a 1 1/2 sandwich with very little meat with no flavor. Food sucks.
