I am giving one star for customer service ONLY.
I called and had a customer service that did not have any knowledge of Genes E Vitamin and Colagen cream, incredible product. I purchased this product for years at Walmart for $10. The same package is for last few months as far as I see online between $92 and $124.
How is this price even possible to go this high. I asked to speak with someone about high price and customer service said she is the only one “ here”. Very strange and not acceptable. One person is available to answer on my question
Is company closing the door so they do not have anyone to speak with customer? May we receive some information related to cost difference in last 1.5 years? This product was $10 at least from 2019 until 2023 at Walmart online.

In 2022 when you called the number on the back of the Genes Vitamin E Crème, the voicemail stated they would begin production again in 2023. It is now December 2023 and the last of the stock on Amazon is selling for $129. Nothing moisturizes my skin, or cures and soothes a sunburn like this crème does. But I'm not paying this price point when it used to be $14 for a 2 pack at Sam's Club. Hope they start production soon!

Why in the world did you cease production of your Vitamin E Crème, Swiss Collagen Complex? I have been using it for years. I purchased it from Sam’s Club until they stopped carrying it, then purchased from Amazon until…$80-$120 per jar?!? Why? And if you truly haven’t stopped manufacturing it, where can I get it (at a reasonable price)?

Loyal to your Genes Vitamin E Creme for years. It’s the only moisturizer that doesn’t break me out with my sensitive skin. Works wonders with KP on my skin too. I wish it was in stock at my local Sam’s Club. Patiently waiting, hope you produce again! Much support here—

I came upon this cream at Sam's Club in March of 2011. The reason I purchased it was because I was going through radiation treatment for breast cancer. Nothing that the nurses recommended worked. Everything burned the burn it self. This Vitamin E cream, was the only thing that did not burn the burn. It actually started to heal the burn. Coming from a radiation Dr. that is nearly impossible to heal at that time. Yet it did. This cream is a miracle. Come to find out the company is no longer making this product, nor are they even taking phone calls regarding this product. I can't say enough about Gene's Vitamin E Cream, but not happy with a company that puts out a product with nothing but positive reviews, then decides to discontinue it's product. Maybe they will come back with it. Very disappointed!!!

Been using for 10+ years, it works so well, probably the best cream I've ever used but the owner said she doesn't have anyone to work in her factory anymore so it could be a very long time before more is made and she doesn't sell directly to the public. Hopefully she gets workers soon and starts making cream again. We need it badly! Please make more.

Your cream is the best in the world for my dry skin,a little goes a long way. I have tried other creams and nothing nothing works for me. Other creams just don’t do it for me. Please I am begging reopen your business. You make the best cream. Many people have asked why my skin looks so good, I tell them I use vitamin E crème by Genes.Many years ago a friend of mine toured your facility and they were impressed and he gave me my first container of your crème,that was 20 years ago. So please ,please reopen.

Love the genes vitamin E cream Swiss collagen complex. ♥️♥️♥️
I stumbled upon this cream when I was pregnant with my daughter who is 20yrs now. I had terrible itchy skin with this annoying belly rash I followed several recommendations from my doctor they didn't work.
This cream cleared all symptoms in about a week. My skin has been in love ever since ... I have recommended it to family, friends, co-workers and more..
Now I can't find it anywhere.. My skin isn't happy.? My skin has been threatening me.. ?
What do we need to do to get this product on the market again. Is it a Sam's club issue, a union thing...?
Do we need to start a petition? It's serious people. After all the skin is the largest organ of the body.
All jokes aside please please bring this product back.
