It's like an anchor establishment on whiskey row. The dining room has been beautifully restored, and houses a great deal of interesting memorabilia.
There are numerous dining areas including a large outdoor space for live music, presumably.
Our food came out quickly and hot! The Gila grilled chicken salad was generously covered with chicken, onion, tomato, croutons and cheese. Bunkhouse beans were loaded with bacon, cheese and pico. Our fish was perfectly cooked, crispy, flavorful, and non fishy, they're accompanied by fries which I wouldn't have minded subbing if any were available.
The restrooms are clean and modern.
We'll definitely go back when we're in the area.

I had lunch with my son and hubby at The Palace, which I found while walking around Whiskey Row in Prescott. It was a historic building, and the interior was like a museum. Each server wears a costume and good service. We sat at the back table, and I looked around the exhibits in the palace. We ordered Ponderosa prime dip w onion rings, half sandwich and soup combo, and Caballero chicken. 2 glass of palace red beers. All foods are good taste and like palace red beers. I recommend this place when you visit Prescott.

The food was not that great. It was hit or miss depending on what you order. My wife's filet mignon was ordered medium well it was quite pink when it came back and the taste was not what you'd expect. Her Caesar salad and the beans that came with my Caballero Chicken were overly salted. The complimentary bread that came with the meal was hard. On the good side my chicken and wild rice was very tasty and delicious. We heard so much about the Pakace Saloon that we wanted to eat a good meal here. There are better options in town. Best to eat elsewhere and come to the Pakace for drinks and tour the place. Service from hostess and waitresses was excellent.

A must-visit if you’re in Prescott. Large, historic, entertaining, FUN. Wait staff is humorously dressed in late 1800s garb. Maitre’d is dressed in an 1800s sheriff costume replete with a Colt 45 and ammo belt. Ice cold beers. Excellent small plates if you’re there as we were in between lunch and dinner and only looking for a small bite. Great prices.

I love taking my visitors to Prescott and popping into The Palace for a bite to eat. Always a fun time!
My friend enjoyed her fried chicken sandwich, the other friend her French dip and I had the Reuben.
The staff dress in period clothing so that makes it a cool little visit as well.

We stopped in for a drink after being told about the beautiful decor and costumed staff. We sat at the bar and were wonderfully served by our bartender who was incredibly kind but also amazingly productive! She was making numerous drinks at once, all the while bantering with us. We recommend this place highly, stop in during happy hour for $3 margaritas!

We stopped in for a good beer and a yummy burger @ the bar. The decor is in beautiful shape especially the old bar. It’s like going back in time. The staff supplied their own unique attire with one young man packing a colt 45 and a lengthy blade. Their was a table off gendered straight out of the 1800 in western wear as well. This place was a feast for all the senses!

An authentic western hotel with old wooden floors, tin ceilings, a huge carved wooden bar, etc. The staff is dressed in period costumes. Our food was delicious and the service was great! The bowl of beans was delicious! I highly recommend a visit.
