Absolutely GREAT place to get a load, or at least my experience was great. To check in you have to stop at the gate and walk to your right to check in. You will need a number that starts with (10000) for them to be able to find your load. After checking in, they will open the gate for you and you go and drop your trailer on the door they assigned you. Slide your tandems or they won’t load you. Open your doors and back into door. You have to unhook and drop your trailer and then bobtail off their property to the culdisac. They will call you when your load is ready. You walk in to pick up your paperwork and then drive back in to pick your trailer and leave. I got here at 9:45am for my 10:00am appointment and was loaded, received my paperwork & seal and was out the gate and on way by 11:00am. The check in lady is very serious and doesn’t play games, but she is SUPER nice & respectful!

I have a great experience here. Checked in couple hours before appointment.. get loaded within 45 minutes. People in office was nice and polite. Looks like bad reviews was written more than year ago after that they changed loading team.

This is a great company to load at I arrived at 07:00 my appointment was for 13:00 I was put straight into a door and by 09:00 I had paperwork in hand. The office personnel are super friendly and helpful. 10 out of 10 I would recommend

I arrived Sunday night for a Load to be picked up Monday morning. Because there is overnight parking outside the shipper, on the street. However the Security guard C. Brown saw me, and ask what I was doing. He went inside and found my Paperwork. My Load was ready. I dropped and hooked, and hit the road. Thank You C. Brown for helping me out. Very good man. Thank You.

Arrived on time for my 07:00 appointment. Got assigned a door immediately. The lady at the shipping window said I would be here 2 hours. At 08:45 I got the call to say that I was good to go.
Everything was handled professionally and with a smile. I had no problem with this customer.

I should have read the comments and reviews. This place is junk. Wasted all my precious time and will miss my delivery appointment. 6 hrs and still waiting.
