This place is, hand's down, the VERY best olive oil company in the north state. The staff is amazingly friendly and accommodating. Every year the hold two "community crushes" where people can bring in their oils to be crushed into oil. I usually come from Palo Cedro and, although I don't have many olives (growing every year tho') they are super helpful. And the best part is buying their olive oil and vinegars right from the farm. Blueberry balsamic rocks! Their oil is simply the best…it is a little off the beaten path, but once you find it, you'll come back.

In my opinion they have the best olive oil in the North State, and that I've ever had. I was just wondering why they don't come back anymore to my place and get the olives, they're just going to waste. Hope to see you again.
