Old produce, old meat! I shop here regularly and as with other commenters, keep trying to give this place a chance. Twice now, I've bought ground chuck which was pink on the outside, but brown, old and smelly on the inside, almost like a shushi roll. The first time, I brought this to the manager's attention, the second time, I just threw it away in disgust. Ditto with the produce. Hard to find anything fresh. Better off going to Fircrest for that but alas their meat selection has gone downhill. Other than these two concerns, it's a nice market.

I keep trying to go back and give them chances since theyre food is good. But with it being over priced and spending alot of my money over there i would expect decent customer service but i never get it when i go in there since the new owner ship has changed. My most positive experince is when i get in and out without really talking to anyone. Otherwise my interactions with the staff are negative everytime i go there.

The cleanest and best grocery/deli choice in all of Sebastopol (all of the area around for that matter). Vasu and all the employees are amazingly friendly and helpful and stocked with fresh vegetables, fish, meats and more. Don’t take my word for it, stop in for yourself, you’ll be hooked to! 👍

For the Sebastopol store, specifically my experience at the checkout stand. I don't usually bother giving bad reviews.
The checker, middle-aged man at the west end of the checkout stands... He was chatting with the lady before me, which is fine. Still talking to her as he began checking my groceries with his head down, never looked up to acknowledge me. I finally had to say hi. Meanwhile, the bagger, who may have been a robot, maybe new-ish, seemed confused and taking his time. I tried helping him because the checker was finished with my order. And rather than helping the bagger, who was way behind, the checker slapped my cash and receipt on the ledge, without a word to me, and began yacking to the man behind me while checking his groceries, which had caught up with mine. I started throwing the rest of my groceries in bags to assist the poor bagger kid, thanked him (no response), who was now dealing with the next guy's groceries. I yelled "Thank you" to the checker who didn't respond, and I left.
I'm so disappointed. I've been shopping at both Pacific Markets for years and wouldn't have expected this from an older person especially. Please do better.

The breakfast is good especially the French Toast with maple syrup!
However, when the maple syrup is cold it makes the luke warm French Toast completely cold.
Is There something, anything we can do about this?

Pacific market is a good place to go if you’re looking for that specialty item and require only the best produce. If you’re looking for a Bargain stick to the large chain grocery stores, but if you’re looking for a good service and great selection, this is where you will find it.

LOVE ❤️ this store. So many ready to eat/cook at home meals. Many more options and types of food to choose from than Luckys and Safeway. Prices were the same for the most part. I always find what I'm looking for at this store. Lol can't get used to calling it Pacific Market- it will always be Fiesta to me!
