Placing business in the hands of PGF is a decision that in the end cost us a lot of time, money and trust with our clients. When things are good, they are good. When there is a challenge, you see the true colors of a business. All companies can make mistakes. It is only through full and honest ownership of those mistakes that change and improvement can happen. When mistakes are made at PGF, ownership is nominal only. There is no true accountability or change. When the cost and responsibility of those mistakes is placed on you, don't waste your time reasoning. Take what actions you need to exit as quickly as possible. If you're fortunate enough to see this before contracting them, love yourself enough to find any other outfit to work with.

Worst customer service ever. They couldnt find my order (4 - 50lbs of millet), waited over a hour still havent been loaded. Happens every time we come here. Not sure why it's so difficult for them.
