Cookies are disgusting. They are just awful. They are stale and they all taste like nutmeg. Do not buy cookies from the warehouse. They are awful. Go downtown Santa Cruz and buy them from the store. These warehouse cookies are subpar and old and they should tell you in advance I wasted my time and my money and I don’t care how cheap they are. They are gross.

I love this place. Every time I visit my daughter in Northern California, I have to visit this shop and purchase enough cookies to get me through a month of snacking. There cookies are uber fresh, light and tender. They have just the right amount of accent flavoring. My favorite is their peanut butter cookies, but my daughter enjoys their snicker doodle cookies. Their staff is friendly and polite. But if you go to visit them, don't miss out on their still fresh day old cookie deals, they are awesome too.

Snicker doodle cookies are so delicious! My favorite cookie flavor from this company. People are friendly. Once they know you know how to help yourself, it's even better! It's very hard to pay using the honor system. But they're so nice and the cookies are so good I don't want to mess with the system.

Love the discount cookies at the bakery (vs full price at their retail store downtown)... super fun outing with little kids, 25 cent cookies and get to see where they are made! Very tasty cookies, great variety of flavors. Honors-system cash box, bring your quarters. 😊

VERY BAD ATTITUDE, UNFRIENDLY, & RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE at the Pacific Cookie Company Warehouse on Potrero, from the older woman (in her 70's or so).
She had a little temper tantrum when I asked her to use tissue to pick up the cookies, instead of the gloves she was wearing, that she was placing item info tags on the cookie racks.
Not the first time I asked an employee to change out their gloves, because they're handling the cookies, payment (cash or card) and anything else with the Same Gloves.
She Does NOT Belong at the counter where the public CUSTOMERS walk up to order cookies to go.
She's Misery Loves Company.

I’m wondering if the cookie co. Has changed their recipes. I have been going to them for years and was shocked at the quality of the cookies I bought. I ordered 4 different types of cookies and they are dry/stale. I’m so sad
