Everything started out great! But as soon as the paperwork was signed we didn't hear from them again. Our fundraiser ended on 12/10/23 and it was supposed to be 14 days later for a check to be cut. Now, we understand Christmas and New Year's put a hold on everything but when the first week of the new year had gone by and we heard nothing I started emailing and calling. After 4 attempts I finally got someone to email me back. Now we have had nothing but excuses as to why they still haven't sent the check to us from the fundraising we did do. We were told 2 weeks ago that the check would be sent out the next week. We got an email this week saying that it still hasn't been sent out. And that if/when it gets sent out they would let us know. If they had communicated any of this after the holidays we might not be as frustrated, but since we had to reach out, 4 times, we will never use them again. And we have to keep telling our parents that we haven't received the funds yet to put into their child's account. There are better fundraisers out there and I will use them in future.
