I have asked these question in this forum and 2 others along with directly to, Organic Crop Protectants:
Why does the eco-fungicide (Potassium Bicarbonate) go brown and have a pungent smell after about 6 months of being sealed in its container?
Can it still be used?
Is it still effective?

I have received zero response and accordingly only provide 1 star.
