I wish I could type the above statement in bold and Italize it because you will BLEED money here. I'm 10HRS in at the staging and still no door. There's nothing else out here so broker tells you p/u is in Heavener, OK you better hung up fast!

Edit - After staging for 15HRS, I got fed up. Shipper kept changing expected loading time...9am, then 12noon then 2p. Canceled the load, I'm better off rolling to another load. OK Foods, Never Again.

I am on hour 12 , waiting to get loaded. Arrived 8pm still here at 820am. It's good thing I have food. Plenty of opportunity to get rest here. 3 more hours before detention pay runs out and layover kicks in. Geez!

My apt was 6 to 9 pm. I was out by 9 pm good staff there is small trk stop next to chicken plant they let u drop trailer directions from mcalster ok 270 east to 59 toward heavner ok. Turn left on industrial dr.

I wish I could hive 0 stars. Stay away from this place been here for 7 hrs and still load not ready. Just checked and was told it will be at least few more hrs. Place like this should be shut down it should be illegal to hold drivers for so long. STAY AWAY Would be nice to hear someone to explain why they take so long just saying

They got me in a door within one hour of my appointment loading took 20 minutes weight and balance on the trailer was perfect then they let me park overnight. All the people that work here or very personable and professional.
