A special thank you to Ken Lewis and whoever else helped expedite my printing request! My family and I were in town last week for an unexpected funeral, and I had a memorial pamphlet that needed printing within a very short time frame. I was trying to do a print job in self service at the store, but was concerned about whether the pages were lined up and the thickness of my card stock. When Brad approached me, I was expecting him to tell me it would have to be left with them and wouldn't be available for 4 or 5 days. Instead, Brad was extremely helpful and patient as he learned about the details and walked with through the process. We generated a great quality print job without wasting a single sheet of card stock. Great to know some places still offer excellent service!

I went in for lamination of some items that were small and wanting to have a professional look. When we got there the lady at the counter was not very helpful and seemed to be selectively pricing my job. I wanted to have a professional look and and a uniform look to all my papers, which was not done when I received they looked horrible and not uniformally done and was charged a lot of money to do the job! I would not recommend the Petoskey, MI location for professional lamination.
