Old building...smelled like wet dog ..lots of the usual office needs stuff. Copy services and I think fax as well but self serve and full service...gentlemen helped me with the copies because I only needed 3 pages printed of 53 and I didn't have the option to choose with the self serve one...seems I did before at another location but Idr. Anyway...was very helpful, got what I needed done for the reason of my trip here. Well stocked and staff was friendly and helpful overall. I would go bk to this location again.

I took a difficult project into Office Depot. Employee David W. took on my project with enthusiasm. He made helpful suggestions to improve my results even though it created considerably more work for himself. David’s genuine desire to provide excellent customer service was obvious and most appreciated. I highly recommend Office Depot for printing and laminating projects.

After visiting Walmart for school supplies for my daughter and discovering they were out of stock of the items we required, we made the decision to go to Office Depot. Upon our arrival, we were pleased to find that they had a complete stock of all the necessary items, and their prices were even lower than Walmart's. In addition, we received exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this establishment for all school and office supply needs. Our sincere gratitude to the staff!

I was reminded today why I do all my printing at Fed Ex. The costumer service at the copy center is horrendous. It’s as though by bringing the store business, costumers are a hindrance.

Tim at Office Depot helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Had it not been for his help I would've grabbed the wrong items and been very sad. Office Depot in Redding CA I've been a customer for several years. Usually for my postal & copy needs with great help from the Customer Service Clerks. The store is Always very clean shelves are stocked great sale displays usually find what I'm looking for. Customer Service Clerks are friendly & knowledgeable. Check out is a breeze. Being disabled I always get the help I need to my car..
