A salesperson came to my home in a neighborhood that is strictly NO SOLICITATION and rang the door bell over and over until we answered. When we did he said that he wanted to sell us the Avalir home care system to clean our carpet and floors. Based on the lack of etiquette, I would never give my business to such a business.

here is the absolute truth about this company FIRST AND FOREMOST THIS COMPANY IS A KIRBY VACUUM DISTRIBUTOR since it is not listed in their infamous vague craigslist ads this is NOT a 9-5 job and the 1800 dollar "base pay" is NOT guaranteed and the position itself is simply this, you go door to door and try to demonstrate the vacuum in peoples homes by cleaning several places and practically reading from a script which in time you will memorize and recite and during the demonstration you are instructed to call one of your superiors several times while in a persons home and while a junior dealer your superior will come in and close the deal for you and they WILL close the deal so low you dont make a commission on the sale just to boost their personal numbers now back to the "base pay" in their add they state you will make 1800 a month which sounds fantastic however that is not necessarily case see you only make that money if you do a certain amount of demos and make a certain amount of sales in which you would make your base pay through commission however you will make 200 a week if and only if you work 6 days a week and it is not a 9-5 job you will be working 11-14 hours a day 6 days a week and still barely make enough to pay for your gas for the week they will work you to the bone just for the "opportunity" they offer oh and during the work day if you have to use the restroom you will be instructed to ask strangers at the door to use their restroom and if by some slim chance they do take you to a restroom you will be demeaned and yelled at you also have no lunch break and better bring something to eat with you because there will be no stopping the only time you have to eat is the few seconds you are in the van being moved locations YOU GO OUT IN GROUPS IN VANS and are not told where you are going until you get there and you do not stop knocking doors until 9 oclock at night and if someone gets a demo at 9 you will have to wait 2 hours in the van for them to be done which puts you around 11 at night and then sometimes have a 1-2 hour drive back to the office where you will unload the van and THEN get to go home this company targets military personnel and judges based on race and even has nicknames for different races this is not a job for someone who has any other responisibilties because to this company nothing is more impoartant than working for them and making them money when i worked for this company i had an asthma attack while out knocking and was instructed to keep knocking only 15 mins after taking my rescue inhaler if you havent made a sale all week your only chance for money is to work all 6 days and if that sixth day just so happens to land on oh i dont know easter then guess what you are working easter just so you can get by which i did have to when i found out i was preganant i told by supervisor whom in return told me " i dont care if you are preganant i still expect you to work just as hard if not harder than everyone else and i wont be giving you any breaks" we took a bussiness trip to vegas to sell in vegas and instead of the owner renting hotel rooms for the dealers he decided it would be cheaper to airbnb a house ...for 9 people so i 3 months pregnant ended up having to sleep on the floor for 3 days after i very specifically asked several times if i needed to bring an air matress and was instructed not to, the way this company does bussiness is very sketchy and if one of your sales "cancels" you are S.O.L and after i quit due to how i was being treated and the little money i was making they continued to tell people i still worked there and was just on a maternity leave when i quit at 5 months pregnant i do not reccomend working for this company they use high pressue sales tactics and treat their dealers horribly unless of course you are making them an imense ammount of money but hey goodluck also they sell the system for around 3500 dollars when its only worth around 800 max it is a great vacuum though

They say they pay you on Tuesday its all a scam they don't pay you on Tuesday they says its base pay 1800 it's not only if u make 60 sells the whole thing is scam
