Ordered online and they didn’t have the product. No confirmation of online order, no customer service to save me a trip. Took over an hour to be ready. Offered an irrelevant product as a substitute - the “nug tender” had no idea what I was looking for. Tried to embarrass me for ordering something niche. Clean store, good selection, but ultimately lured me in without delivering what I asked for. Won’t be coming back.

One of the biggest reasons I love visiting the Nug San Leandro store is because of Ryan and Carmencita. They are two of the kindest, most welcoming people, and I always look forward to seeing them. Their warmth and excellent customer service make every visit a great experience. Huge kudos to Nug for having such amazing staff—employees like them are the reason customers keep coming back!

There are a few Nug locations near me however I make it a point to go to the SL store. Vanessa at the front desk is the BEST!. She always greets you with a warm smile. It may be small but sometimes it's just what you need. Good job Nug for hiring the right people.

I usually go to the Alameda store, but it was also easy to order online and pick up here. When I arrived, the security person held the door open and greeted me, that's always super nice especially when just getting off work, to just see a smile and friendliness.
I didn't need to register (sign up?), the lady at the front desk just scanned my i.D. And welcomed me in.

It was Valentine's Day, but the online order line only had one customer ahead of me. I was in and out in like 2 minutes! The person who rang me up, Julian, and the other young lady had all the online orders very well organized. I ordered from their deals: a live resin gram cartridge, 2 kief coated and 1 regular pre rolls, a dark chocolate bar, tote bag all for under 60 bucks with all the taxes and tip.

I appreciate the friendliness and the prices.
