NSS Kitchen catered my husband’s Sashitapdapoorthy celebration in November, providing both breakfast and lunch for the event. From the very beginning, they helped us plan the menu, making thoughtful adjustments to accommodate everyone—from adults to children. They stayed in constant communication, checking in frequently and offering guidance on setup items and where we could source them.

On the day of the celebration, they delivered the food on time and ensured there was plenty for all the invited guests. The flavor of each dish was made to perfection and all the guests shared their appreciation for the delicious meals.

What truly stood out was their dedication to preparing the food in accordance with tradition, allowing the priests conducting the rituals to partake as well.

We wholeheartedly recommend NSS Kitchen for any catering needs—they truly go above and beyond!

We know Ms. Susheela and Karthik uncle from 2021. I still remember calling and almost crying to her for help. With a breast feeding one year old, a middle school virtual learning kid, demanding remote jobs and Covid; with no help, that call with Ms. Susheela was our savior and we never looked back. The food is just like “aathu samayal” - Homemade with lots and lots of care and love. Quality, freshness and taste are unbeatable. My kids are spoiled rotten by their food and we miss them dearly during their days off. They are like family now. We trust their recommendations since they are clearly experts in the field and definitely know what they are doing. You will crave for their upma kozhakkatai, arisi upma, more Kali, avial, vadai, parupusali, karuvepilai molagu kozhambu, vethakozhambu etc. The list is endless. They are so accommodative and very thoughtful. They always keep the kids in mind when it comes to spice level and oil usage. They add vegetables whenever possible like in vadai, kalandha sadam since they always say, “kids need their vegetables.” And I totally agree! With our parents thousands of miles away, and our paati(s) no more with us, they are our everything and they make sure we are well fed with tasty healthy food. Annadhatha Suki bhava. Though there is no lack of good food in the Bay Area, you will not find food with so much high vibration and positive energy elsewhere. If you are into all these subtleties, look no further. We used the services of NSS Kitchen for three events in June(thread ceremony for our son and a couple of preceding events at home) which involved elaborate planning and execution.Soundarya and Karthik patiently accommodated menu requests that had some traditional family recipes and made every effort to prepare the items to our taste.The quotes for each event were provided promptly and any updates to the menu was handled with ease .We appreciate their attention to detail, excellent customer interaction, meticulous packaging of items and quick delivery on time.All the items served on the menu was made to perfection and the guests admired the flavors and taste of the traditional items.We highly recommend you to avail the exemplary services of NSS kitchen for your future needs.
