This meat is VERY HIGH QUALITY meat. I have eaten at some very high end restaurants and this is the quality of beef they serve. I have also known Dr. Novi for a very long time and he is very very particular about the quality of the cattle he raises on his ranch. You really can not get any better meat.

Delicious grass fed beef from a family ranch. I've been buying Novy beef for years, and it is wonderful because the cows are raised as they should be. Because it is grass fed, it does need to be cooked a little differently than supermarket beef -- seems to take less time to cook, especially if you are grilling a Novy steak.

How is beef deemed "sustainable" when the ranch where it is being produced has been cited by the State Water Board for abusing its riparian water rights? They also have a outdated flashboard dam (see photo) which blocks navigation on what is supposed to be a navigable river and probably inhibit threatened coho salmon during their migration.

Its the real deal , I've tried a few cuts from here and there is definitely a difference.. keep in mind that it does not cook the same . That being said I personally need to give it a few more tries to master this product on the bbq/grill , you really do need to be familiar with it to perfect it, as it is different than corn/grain fed .. hope this helps!

Worst steaks we ever had...seriously full of gristle...literally inedible. Very disappointed. Ate our baked potatoes and threw our entire steaks in the garbage.
