I visited their large warehouse showroom, which has a good selection of inventory. Unfortunately, despite three employees being present during my visit, not a single one offered to help. After waiting about 15 minutes without any assistance, it became clear that customer service was not a priority. Most of what they offer is readily available online, so I regret wasting my time and energy trying to support a local business. A disappointing experience overall."
