I just recently stopped here to buy a single item that I couldn't find at Safeway. I found it and after I bought , I was in the parking lot when a tall, balding elderly man who seemed to be a manager came up to my window and informed me that I was parked in the E cart space. I looked up and saw the sign right in front of the car.... dumb mistake on my part, but it was an honest one. I apologized to the gentleman and said that I would move and as he walked away from me, no longer facing me, he continued on saying "you have been there for a while, it's for customers". At that point he was seeming to imply, in a rude cowardly manner, that I was not a customer. Now, i understand maybe a little attitude if there were cars waiting for those spots, or even if there was a car in the other spot and i was in the only available spot...but there were not, and I was not.... and as i sit here in an adjacent space writing this review... both spaces are still empty. I do not feel like i deserved the attitude I got from this guy, i can only imagine how he treats his staff.

I will not be back

I was literally on crutches and wearing a knee brace, walking on a single leg, when I asked an employee in front of the accessible cashier named Jen if it was open. She said “no” and turned away from me. I asked again, “but it says accessible here,” and she promptly told me to get in the big line like everyone else. REALLY? Such disrespect and lack of empathy. I hope Jen never has to go through such an embarrassing experience in her life.

Nob hill has gone so downhill it's about to hit the ocean. Homelessness. High prices. Poor service. The sushi guy is lost. Doesn't speak English. All the old legends have left. Self check out now. Ecart parking up front? Why? Put them in the back. Place basically sucks. You pat for their overpriced landscaping. Last time there was a bum sleeping outside and half the parking lot it filled with people sleeping in their cars.

Haley was so incredibly rude, unprofessional and straight mean to me that I'm going to never shop here again.
I simply asked where yerba mate cases are because the arent on the shelf and im in the store for the 3rd time with a mailed to me store coupon for cases.
She said they are on isle 13. I said no they arent and she literally freaked out on me. I asked her who the main store manager is, and she said she was. I know she isn't. She doesn't have the customer service skills to be a manager. She's gonna cost you a lot of customers by lying and beings venomous. I would recommend going anywhere other than here. I spend half as much as safeway and get twice as much groceries.
So thanks to haley, it will be safeway from now on.

The store called the police on me because I asked for the advertised sale price. The police man-handled me, a 69 year old woman, i have bruises on my arms.
The store told police that I was asked not to come to the store. I have NEVER been asked not to come to the store. I have been a customer for many years.
I am asking for an apology from the store. I am asking for a clearing of the citation from the Scott's Valley police.

Quality of food is great. They're a little pricey on some items, but have great sales. Also is you're a member, they mail you coupons. Workers there are very helpful, too.

Manager literally called cops for no reason on me. Terrible store. Don't ever buy sushi here. Always out of date and sad quality! DO NOT BUY SUSHI FROM HERE!! BAD QUALITY! BAD PURCHASE! RISK SICKNESS FROM THEIR SUSHI! AUTOMATICALLY CALL COPS ON YOU FOR TALKING TO THEM ABOUT IT!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! BAD SUSHI!!!
