We live in a fire-prone area near Los Angeles. In December we received a non-renewal notification from Farmers Insurance, which had been our insurer for 40+ years. A friend recommended the Nilton Rodrigues agency. We have been extremely happy with our experience there. The staff is very caring, very prompt, very helpful -- even for services that don't bring in money for their company, such as helping us obtain fire insurance through the California Fair Plan. Maria spent a lot of time with us making sure all our questions and concerns had been addressed.
