The catalytic converter was stolen from my 2008 Honda Element in LA. Emily and Armando went above and way beyond helping us get the car repaired. Armando met with us in person to get several issues resolved. While Emily spent time on the weekend to arrange a Sat tow, thus getting the job done more quickly. Beware of vehicles with readily accessible catalytic converters; mine was cut out in a secure guarded building parking structure with cameras in 3 minutes. Luckily my daughter came by about 20 minutes after. Time to get a CAT shield installed. Thanks again Emily and Armando for you assistance. I think Nick should give you both a raise!
