There is not much to the ambience of the place, but that doesn't bother me. The service was also fine.The pho was fairly average. I will defer to my friend, who is an expert who says there is better broth at other places in town.

Food is great however service isn’t. Once you get your food they never check up on you for refills or anything you may need. They kept forgetting our drinks and had to ask 3 times until we finally got them.

Greattttt food & drinks! Their pho is always PERFECT every single time! And you get a lot for the perfect price! They absolutely have great customer service as well! The workers are so sweet and friendly! I absolutely recommend this pho spot for anyone who’s craving the perfect pho with a sweet drink!

The house special pho was absolutely delicious! The coffee was amazing. I definitely recommend house special pho and the hazelnut mocha. My only problem was that everything on the menu looked so good I couldn’t decide.

We were looking for a good pho place now that the one in Fig Garden is closed. My oldest son suggested a place he had recently visited with his friends... and what a find!
The pho was excellent. I had the veggie and my sons had the sea food and chicken. Spectacular in the regular size bowl! Very generous portions and great flavor. We had the shrimp rolls which also were a very, very generous size and extremely crunchy and tasty with the peanut sauce for dipping. I enjoyed the natural water at the table but we also ordered the iced coffee which was delicious. This place is wonderful and the people running it make it that way! We will definitely return here!

I eat here from time to time and usually it's fine. It is usually busy but the food is good. However, after today's experience I won't be coming back. My mom ordered a pho and after a few bites she pulled out from her mouth a long piece of hair. It was gross. I showed the waiter and he gave us a new bowl. I also ordered 1 panda waffle for my 3 kids. I split the waffle into quarters so they don't have too much sweet. Later that evening I ate the last quarter and pulled out of my mouth embedded jagged pieces of plastic. I was mortified because my 3 little kids each had a piece too. These were pretty large pieces of sharp plastic mixed in. It was definitely malicious.

We love coming here for the oxtail hotpot since the quality and service went downhill at the Clovis location. This is the best spot in town when we're craving a hot bowl of soup for breakfast after a long shift. Unfortunately, half of the time one waitress always tells us the hotpot is only available at dinner. It's odd because it doesn't state that in the menu and we've only eaten there during breakfast and that's what we always order. At that point we're too sleepy to argue and just order something else or go to bed hungry 😴 The rest of the time when it's a different waitress we're able to get this amazing pot of soup that stays hot, service is so friendly and welcoming, and the tiny glimmer of hope that the wonderful waitress is there keeps us coming back.
