If you speak English or Spanish and need help finding great deals on equipment you have to find Alex. He's tall and good looking but also really really good at his job. He answers late night texts. Never gets mad even if you're the worst. Guilty! He'll price match and look for all the deals and rebates and give you options. Even if he makes a mistake he always makes it right. Don't bring your wife or girlfriend as they will fall for his charm. I know I did.

Don’t buy anything from them , they will sale you bad junk brand from Korea and only last for few month , and no service after that. I spent over $ 160,000 they will just take your money and do nothing .

Never coming here again! I own a small business and would always shop from here. I bought an appliance from here recently, it had a 1 year warranty. My machine broke so I brought it in. They told me they fixed it and was told I would get a new one if it broke down again. Right when I started using it, it broke down again. I called and told them. The guy who helped said he would fix it again. I told him that I was told I would get a new one. He refused to give us a new one. The first time it broke down he kept trying to get me to purchase a new one while I waited for the old one to be fixed. It has a warranty for a reason. I will never shop here again. There are way better places where they actually honor their warranties.

Good service. Good prices. Good selections.
When I worked for a major retail market bakery and we ran into a urgent problem, I was sent to a competitor in Monterey Park. I was outraged at the price they were charging.

Called New Asia & was quoted a much lower price. Almost thought it would be an inferior product or in correct price. But much to my surprise it was great product & price.

While I had been make some small purchases I had not compared prices. I did after. Continue to be a regular customer

First time visiting New Asia today. Customer service is great, and they are willing to help you out. Great selection, prices are about the same as other places i've shopped. Found what I needed and more. Will definitely be back, the place is organized, clean, and every item is price marked.

If i can rate 0 stars i would but it doesnt let me. Horrible service we spent $3000.00 + and now they are trying to steal from us they gave us wrong measurements and we spoke to michelle huang and she cant fix anything and cant admit she gave us the wrong kitchen and wants us to pay more. I highly recommend you dont do business here they will mess up and most likely not get what you ordered.

Make sure you check prices elsewhere, bought a chafer set for 100+ each where it's 25 online. And I asked for an standard stainless steel hood filter and they said it has to be specially made, came out to be 150 each for a cheaper and worse quality, whereas the websturant would sell only for 60 each. Beware of over charging prices that you will regret buying and unable to get a refund even on an unused item.
