Update: With the new check in and check out on tablets, it is much better here!! Employees are the best.

This place really needs to be re-worked for picking up loads. Even if you are a drop and hook you have to wait in the same line as the live loads. It could be 2 minutes or as long as an hour just to check in. Live loads typically take between 2 hours and 6 hours, plan to be waiting. Employees are really nice as long as you’re doing what you are supposed to be. 2 lanes of parking, not 3 or 4! I’ve seen them stop checking people in until the drivers parked in the wrong area move their trucks.
Currently, don’t stop at the call box, pull around the back of the building and check in door is near dock 30. Safety vest required for check in and you must know where your load is going before you get your bills, they will ask! They will NOT load you early and you may be asked to leave the property if you are early. There is a truck stop at exit 120 on highway 131 about a mile East with a cat scale.

I Come here often. They used to take you pretty early from your appointment. But the guy inside just said that now they only allow 30 min prior to appointment time check in. There is 2 truck stops about 11 miles south exit 120. I'm usually in and out with in 1 to 2 hours. Also they have free cases of water

Was checked in, loaded, checked out and on my way all in just over an hour. Make sure you have your phone with you at check IN, and check OUT, make sure you wear your vest and all should be good

Honestly it's a toss up.
Sometimes it's a decent experience.
Other times you'll wait up 2-3 hours to check in. The times this happens they will mark your arrival time when you get to the window so good luck with detention!
They have bathrooms inside and outside.
Most of the time you can nab a few free cases of water they have sitting outside.

Not bad. Show up at your appointment time, and you will not be disappointed. I was out in 40 mins. They get backed up when people show up hours before their appointment time. If u show up early, u will be turned back and asked to wait at the truck stop. Good job, keep it congestion free.

Be prepared to wait. I waited 5 hours. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing- told me to pull in to a dock where another driver was still waiting to be loaded. Turns out they gave his load to someone else.
They do let you have a case of water so... They get a star for that
