It's very disheartening when I go shopping and can't get a lot because of my allergies to 9 different things.

Yesterday I went to your store and was encouraged because there was much more of a selection of foods I could have!

So, I just want to say, thank you! It's nice to see a company willing to help those who have limited food options.

We don’t live in town but anytime we are in the area we’re sure to stock up on our road trip supplies here. The people that work here are so nice and the selection of food is genuinely awesome. Hard to find this level of good food even in the big cities. Thank you natural grocers!!!

Love this store as far as what they have to offer. Some employees there are great unlike Ruth though!! Very rude and disrespectful made feel very uncomfortable for asking her where something was in the store. If anyone encounters her I would recommend going in the opposite direction from her. Steer clear.

Rene is wonderful with the classes she offers and one on one consults including a healthy shopping lesson on top of it, to understand the food and labeling. The fresh daily produce is delicious and the meat incredible. The learning center in the back with a library was a great find. The vitamin and beauty section is the best around in a store.
Love that we have this store in town. Cant get enough. The app is great with rewards system and coupon for first time shopping.

They have anything and everything natural! I found dried chives and lots of local tomatoes. Have purchased Vit B1 and others in the past. Very nice, helpful staff.

My review is about this particular Natural Grocers. I've been in a lot of different sister stores in different states including AZ. I love this chain, but this store in Prescott is a weak link.

As noted by others some of the checkers won't be bringing a smile to your face. I've noticed that across the board that retention and reward reflect attitude vains that vary widely... Some are a true pleasure to visit, and others make you wonder how it got so bad.

Employees kicking product even fresh produce on the floor and then put it right up on the shelf or stack.

The water filter machine had not been serviced I over 6 weeks when I checked it, as I always do. This could be a potential health Hazzard. I would caution against using this water machine here, and this store should be fined for neglect. I did talk with a person in charge about this, and got a brush off.

The whole store here displays that attitude, and I can only guess it's a sour stream flowing downhill. It's not at all like other Natural Grocers.

You will find products you love and travel especially for, to be out of stock. We had to return moldy yogurt,.....

Look, this place needs a review on food handling, a freshen up of stale management, and a clean reboot on traditional Natural Grocers values and commitments to community.

Sorry to have to be hard on this one, but someone needs to know a crash happened here.

Thank you for decreasing the prices everywhere for people from even more walks is life to be able to afford healthy and organic products at wholesale prices. But please, be more strict with food standards- do not allow natural flavors or conventional anything, let alone chemical additives of any kind.

One more thing- the water situation could be handled way more swiftly than it actually is. Come on... Would you guys devise a system before it actually runs out in which you have someone come out in a timely fashion rather than waiting days? People prefer your water over the other glorified tap water products.
