Worst place to do a delivery, took more than 3 hours. Has lot of formalities and paper works. Had to shuttle between scale office and shipping/ receiving office couple of times to search for receiver. Apparently they have only one person who does receiving and he was assigned some other duty and had to wait more than 90 mins to get a dock, even though 4 docs were empty
After docking they took one hour to offload and had to shuttle back to scale office to get final scaling done and to our surprise they have very strange lunch hours from 11:30 to 12:15. Another wait for 30 mins and finally out ….

Now this is how shippers ought to run their business!! Fantastic!! In and out in 45 minutes. You can also purchase the most wonderful, fresh, dried fruit. I couldn't help myself I got some cranberries, figs, prunes, and of course raisins. I'll gladly haul their product any day.

Oh my gosh, the Raisels are so awesome! My sweetie doesn't like raisins, but I had him try some of the Raisels and he ate the whole box! Also, the company has stellar customer service---they followed through on an issue-- and I couldn't have been happier with the results! Great company! I only wish that we could get the Raisels in the grocery stores in Colorado.
