MAKE SURE WHEN YOU COME HERE YOU HAVE 3/4 OR MORE REEFER FUEL AND A CLEANED OUT TRAILER, IF NOT YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY!

(They do have a callback list, give your name and number and they will call you when your load is ready)

When you get to the 1st of the line, the guard will come and check you in. Then have you turn on your reefer to 28 degrees, and have you open up your trailer to inspect inside. If it’s your first time here the guard will show you where to drop your empty and also give you the trailer number for your loaded trailer.

(The first row of trailers on your right hand side is the empty trailer lot. The third row is where you’ll find the majority of “Prime Inc. loaded trailers, that’s where I found my loaded trailer)

Once you head to the exit with loaded trailer and you’re first at the exit, park and go inside for paperwork. Bring ID. Then you’re good to go.

The only thing I don’t like about this place is that the loaded trailers are too close to each other, makes it hard to crank the trailer legs up. Also, there’s only one lane to exit out. Which became ONE HUGE LINE OF TRUCKS TO EXIT.

I would never want to come back to this company again and I request you also not to take the load of the company because your time will be wasted.

This is the worst company.

My appointment was on the 30th and they loaded it and gave it to me on the 1st. I stood here for 48 hours and this company is not right at all. Is it?

I would not like to give a single review to this company because this company is very bad. My appointment was on the 30th. December They have delivered my load on the 1st January and the security guards here are very bad at night time.

After the loading is done, they will call me. Your load is ready. You can pick up your trailer from Yaar. But after searching for 3 hours in Yaar, I found my trailer at Dok

I have a lot of complaints against this company. It wasted a lot of my time. Because of this I could not celebrate New Year yesterday. I had to stay inside the truck.

There are no facilities for the drivers in the company, neither can the drivers go to the washroom nor is there any place to drink water!

Before coming to this company, I had got both the truck and the trailer washed, but this company charged me ₹57 extra. They washed the truck themselves and gave it to me, which I did not need.

They will charge 57 dollars in cash. They did not tell me this beforehand due to which I had to wander around the whole night and I had to stay here at night.

These people don't even know their own yard. There's no signs for dropping trailers but they will keep running out to say a different row. No English speakers in the yard neither. Won't be coming back here

They do not respect appointment times and will have you waiting as long as 24hrs. This is absolutely ridiculous, especially when if that was the other way around, as a driver, if you were even a minute late, they would make a fit about it. This is the 2nd time I came here and both times I had to wait 24 hours after my appointment time before my load was ready.

Checked in at 1500 for a drop and hook, load wasn't ready. Dropped trailer, bobtailed over to the loves, got a text from there website at 20:45 stating load is ready. Completed a 7 hour break, went back to shipper for them to tell me load is not ready and the web site that they give you at check in is no good... What a joke. Why give us the web address if it isn't any good

This place is horrible! I’ve had to take my load to get rework done 5 times bc they just can’t seem to get the weight right. You absolutely can’t go into Cali overweight and now they are refusing to rework it even tho it’s STILL overweight. I’m not getting a ticket due to their incompetence. I’ve been here for 34hrs and counting as I type this

It’s a meat packing plant. It’s going to fluctuate on load readiness. Between harvest and USDA your load will be done when it’s done. There is a website you can google to find out how your load is doing and put yourself on a call list. It is very accurate. There are plenty of places to get food. Take in the time to relax. I thoroughly enjoy coming to this location and city.

I have never visited a worse company, they find fault with any crack on the trailer, when visiting this company you want to puke for hours.

I don't advise anyone to cooperate with these idiots
